The First Supper

Our debut Na•fas dinner begins with vibrant starters—fattoush, stuffed vine leaves, and musakhan rolls—before gathering around a center piece of tender slow-cooked lamb, fragrant with aromatic spices and served family-style with rice. Cooling sides like cucumber yogurt salad balance the table, and the evening ends on a sweet note with creamy semi freddo crowned with a baklava heart.

A night of flavor, story, and connection—our first step in building memories around the Na•fas table.

We’ll have a refreshing non-alcoholic drink prepared for the table. If you’d like to enjoy something else, feel free to bring your own bottle.
